Mixed Olive Bruschetta

Serving Suggestion:
This Mediterranean spread can be used on bread and crackers, mixed with fresh pasta (cold or hot), potatoes, and salads. 

For an authentic Mediterranean fish dish, take a fresh fish fillet, dip it in white flower, shake off the excess flower and fry it on both sides, until cooked. Take a spoonful of the Mixed olive Bruschetta, and heat it separately until hot (can be done also by Micro Wave.) Put the entire quantity on top of the fish and serve.
