Whole Wheat Organic Lomein & Shrimp

Serves 4 

 · 8 oz. Explore Asian Organic whole wheat Lomien (or any other organic noodles) 

· 2 oz. large raw shrimp 

· 2 cups organic camellia oil 

· 1laver, julienned 

· 1 cauliflower, chopped  

· 1 medium onion, julienned 

· 1 tsp. fresh cilantro 

· 2 tsp. Chinese cooking wine. 

· 1/2 tsp. mustard 

· 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 

· 1/3 cup organic sesame oil 

· juice of one lemon 

· freshly ground pepper to taste 

· salt to taste 


Cook organic rice noodle according to package instructions, drain and save for later. Put raw shrimp into boiling water for 3 minutes, drainpeeled and save for later. Heat camellia oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the laver, cauliflower, onion for 3 minutes. Add ground pepper to sauté until softened. Add peeled shrimp, Chinese wine, stir. Remove from heat and put into a large bowl, add lomen, cherry tomatoes, mustard, season with salt. Toss until well combined. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lemon juice and sesame oil to serve.
